At Caldwell, we create communities to reflect our roots and our values. We are a part of the local community, reinvesting in smart, responsible growth in the area. Our residential developments foster a neighborly lifestyle, where residents know one another and work together to promote the well-being of each neighborhood. We support local school districts, counties, cities, and the Chamber of Commerce. Our focus on building unique, amenity-rich developments provides a setting where property values exceed market trends and people understand the true meaning of community. President and CEO, Fred Caldwell ‘82, is proud of the vision of Caldwell Companies to “create extraordinary communities that enrich lives."
Caldwell Companies was founded in 1990 and has grown steadily by working to build lasting relationships while investing heavily in the community. Our spirit of service extends well beyond our client relationships. Since Fred’s time as a member of the Texas A&M Football team he has been active in the College Station community. Through the years he has served in leadership roles in many on-campus organizations such as the 12th Man Foundation, Master of Real Estate Graduate Advisory Council and the Lowry Mays College & Graduate School of Business Development Board.
The College Station team is lead by Clint Cooper ‘99 and Brandi Ring-Cooper ’03. Clint and Brandi have been active in the community for the past decade and currently serve in leadership roles in several local organizations including the Chamber of Commerce, Research Valley Partnership, Habitat for Humanity, and have been involved with many other organizations over the years.
